How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete data”, including your name and the WhatsApp number you used. We will verify your identity and, within 20 business days, delete or anonymize your conversations and contact data in Heka and notify the responsible school. Data we are legally required to keep is retained only for the legal period. You may also ask the school directly.
